That’s what this episode is all about. With the immense amount of technology we all encounter in our daily lives, it almost feels like there’s a war being waged on our attention every second of every day.

In this episode, we discuss using technology as a tool instead of a vice. Is it possible to use our phones to improve the quality of our minds? How much should we rely on our tech for our well-being? What does the future hold for meditation and mindfulness?
