Hello there, Jake here :) Here’s a quick breathwork protocol you can practice right now. It’s called the physiological sigh. It’s 2 inhales through the nose (one big, one smaller) then 1 long exhale through the mouth until lunges are empty. You can do it once, or you can set a timer on your phone and practice for 5 minutes.
